Curry Dip
5 scallions, white part and 1 inch (2.5 cm) green, thinly sliced
olive oil cooking spray
1 tablespoon (15 ml) curry powder
1 cup (228 g) plain nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon (15 ml) finely chopped golden raisins
1. Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spay and saut� the scallions until wilted.
2. Add the curry powder and blend well. Remove from the heat.
3. Combine the scallion mixture with the yogurt. Add the raisins and chill well before serving.
